What is Consignment?

Consignment is an arrangement between a consignee (House of Consignment) and a consignor (a person who has property they want to sell).  The consignor leaves the property with the consignee until a sale is made.  Both parties split the sale amount of the item 50/50.  Consignors may stop in for any money owed at any time. 

All items must be clean, in mint condition and in season.  All clothing that is accepted must be freshly laundered, stain-free, rip-free, and in good condition. 

House of Consignment generally tries anything that is in MINT condition. 

We accept UNLIMITED amounts of items per day per consignor!  Next time you are cleaning out your closets, keep us in mind!
